The Client: The Perfume Shop is a household name with 170 shops throughout the UK.
The Brief: To create an ongoing CRM campaign for The Perfume Shop suppliers that will give them direct exposure to customers. This is to achieve three primary objectives:
Create product and brand awareness
Increase footfall
Drive sales
We manage multichannel media avenues such as in-store POS, on-line content and above the line media. We work with such suppliers as Dior, Clarins, Coty, Estee Lauder and P&G to produce the POS and deliver the end result.
